Retail items may be returned for a full refund under the following conditions: (a) the product is defective; OR (b) the product is in saleable condition upon return to France 44 AND was purchased within the past 90 days.

In any event, to make a return, the customer must be able to produce proof of purchase of the items in question from France 44. IMPORTANT NOTE: France 44 will not be responsible for paying any return shipping costs on unwanted merchandise. France 44 may, at its sole option, either refund the value of defective merchandise or have it shipped back at its own expense.

Gift baskets may not be returned once delivered. Defective products within a gift basket may be credited for refund or exchanged at the sole discretion of France 44. Claims for damaged gift baskets must be made within 48 hours of delivery and all product and packaging must be preserved unless client receives written instructions to the contrary from France 44.

Seating is limited. Reservations are required and 100% payment will be charged at the time of reservation. If you choose to cancel, you must do so by noon of the weekday (M-F) before the class is scheduled. All refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card. A minimum number of participants is required for any class. France 44 reserves the right to cancel any class ONE DAY PRIOR to the scheduled start date. In this event, all registrants will be contacted and a credit or refund will be offered.
