Citrus with some sweet peat to follow.
A lot less salty, less briny, and less medicianl than the famous Laphroaig 10.
    It's still full bodied.
If you're looking for something elegant, lighter than the usual Islay scotches, but still with a hint of peat, you'll love it.
If you're looking for the bold, salty, sea-worthy tastes of a typical matured Islay, this is not it.
Adding a touch of water opens up the caramel, sugar tastes and dulls the peat.

Initial scents of grapefruit and fresh mint. A touch of water releases salted caramel, with signature Islay peat smoke underlying sweet orchard fruit aromas.
Pink peppercorns, light peat smoke with a soft dryness, before a finish of tobacco and faint sea salt. Mellow with a smoky aftertaste.
