Junkyard Muir Dry-Hopped Foudre Sour 750ml
Muir was aged in a French oak foudre with lactobacillus and brettanomyces, then dry hopped with Citra and Moutere before packaging. The mixed culture aging process gives this beer a subtle, fruity tartness, while the hops add herbal and pine complexity. We were inspired by the rustic nature of this beer to name it after the famous naturalist, John Muir.? 7.4% abv.
