La Palazzetta Brunello di Montalcino 2015 ETA 12/6
After a careful selection and harvesting of the grapes, fermentation begins. Macerated 18-21 days in open top fermenters with indigenous yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation. Matured for 3 years in 3,000 and 5,000 liter botti (large French oak barrels). With purity and power, balance and structure, Flavios Brunelli are definitely built for the long haul. Intense bouquets of blackberry and blueberry, with hints of chocolate, tobacco and balsamic. Harmonious and elegant with powerful tannins. Pair with red meat, game and cheese.
