Raina Grechetto 2017
Dry white wine, citrus, in the mouth has good acidity, white mineral, slightly tannic. After the harvest the juice is left on the skins for 6 hours, the grapes are pressed and the fermentation left to start spontaneously with uncontrolled native yeast. Refining on fine lees for three months, 5 months minimum bottle aging in cellar before released. No clarification or filtration.
