We’ve featured over 100 different cheeses in our Cheese of the Month Club, and we’re just getting started. Each month, we explore a new theme showcasing three exceptional cheeses alongside thoughtfully curated grocery pairings, tasting notes, and an optional wine pairing. Our cheesemongers are always on the hunt for exciting new discoveries, often giving club members exclusive or early access to limited-release cheeses before they’re widely available.

We select this month’s picks: Each month, we choose selections we’re excited about — seasonal styles, special producers, and cheeses with a story to tell. Tasting notes included so you know what you’re getting and why it’s special.
We let you know when it’s ready: You’ll get an email each month with the date and details — same schedule each month so you can plan around it.
Build your board and enjoy: Slice, pair, and enjoy at home — whether it’s a quiet night in or something to share. Great on its own, better with company.

The Naturally Inclined Club ($80/month): Naturally Inclined is a curated wine club for curious drinkers, bringing together thoughtfully selected organic, biodynamic, pét-nat, and skin-contact wines from exciting growers around the world. Each selection is chosen for its character, low-intervention approach, naturally made wines that are anything but ordinary — 2-3 bottles.
The Classic Club ($100/month): 3 bottles of classic styles, from classic regions, by classic producers: 2 bottles of red + 1 staff pick.
