Molly holds up Le Fizz in the Non-Alcoholic aisle of the liquor store

What We’re Drinking: Ghia Le Fizz

by Molly O’Hanlon

I have been a big fan of Ghia ever since I noticed the unique shape, typography, and deep ruby color of their original non-alcoholic aperitif bottle (I currently have 3 empty bottles that I have upcycled into water carafes). I was thrilled to discover we carry their fizzy, ready-to-drink offering as well! It is layered, expressive, and beautifully complex. It has a little bit of everything – it’s bright, bitter, tangy, dry, juicy, bubbly, tart, and finishes with a touch of sweetness. Strawberry and orange blossom are the most prominent flavor notes, and the rich, luminous color alone makes it feel celebratory before the first sip. Perfect for Dry-January, or anytime you want something zero-proof that still feels special.
