You Don’t Have to Stop Drinking to Stop Drinking

December 31, 2025
It’s January, so I’m legally obligated to talk to you about Non-Alcoholic Beers. We currently stock 75 NA Beers in our walk-in cooler. That’s about 60 more than we had 5+ years ago. If someone would have asked me back then if we’d ever quadruple our selection of NA beers, I would have told them they were nuts. I was wrong, and our NA selection continues to grow bigger.

So, what changed?  Five or so years ago, Athletic Brewing and Untitled Art Brewing were relatively new to us. They offered non-alcoholic beer styles that we really couldn’t get before. We kinda could, but the NA products of 10 years ago really weren’t up to our standards.  We relied on the European NA Lagers like Clausthaler and Einbecker to anchor our modest NA selection. Good, but simple. And you had one style to choose from: Lager.

But all of a sudden, NA West Coast IPAs, Hazy East Coast IPAs, Dry Hopped Pilsners, Stouts and Sours started showing up. Style wise, our NA beer selection quickly started to mirror our regular beer selection. And with a more diverse collection of NA styles to choose from, our customers were just as quick to respond.

Over the last couple years, we routinely have non-alcoholic beers show up in our top 10 top selling items in the Beer Department. Not just in Dry January, every month! And unlike before, we can now offer NA options to basically all of our beer customers.

It’s not just the beer industry that’s listening to the demand. Wineries and distilleries are all paying attention too. These products continue to amaze me. There’s been such a huge increase in quality over the last 5 years; I can’t wait to see what the next 5 years bring. NA products will continue to get closer and closer to their alcoholic counterparts.

Here’s a look at our top 10 selling NA Beers of 2025:

(FYI – we are just restocking after our busiest week of the year.  Some of the above items are low in stock, but I promise more is arriving soon!)

With all the amazing NA options we have, you don’t have to stop drinking to stop drinking. The industry is rapidly responding to the NA demand and we already have some amazing NA options in Beer, Spirits and Wine right now. Each week we’re presented with more and more options, and we will continue to curate the best selection of NA products we can find for you.
