TK holding up a bottle of Blood Root Pinot Noir

What We’re Drinking: Blood Root Pinot Noir

July 11, 2025

Back when I was still finding my footing in the wine world, I doubted myself a lot. I wanted to prove that Deaf people can thrive in this industry too. I’m thankful to France 44 for giving me the opportunity to dive deeper, especially through a trip to California where I toured various wineries and vineyards.

My stay at Blood Root Village left a lasting impression. The terroir, the landscape, it all resonated deeply with me. As someone who relies heavily on visual experiences, it was there that something clicked. I was hooked and eager to learn more.

Blood Root Pinot Noir speaks for itself. It’s fruit-forward, soft, and incredibly food-friendly. Tasting it helped me truly understand what Pinot Noir is all about.
